Operational Risk Manager

Candidate will have the below main tasks:
Develops reports on operational risk management status and operational risk incidents
Monitors the effectiveness of controls implemented and advises management on further risk mitigation measures to improve the overall risk profile of the company
Provides methodological support to the organization on registering the operational risk incidents with the aim to further improve the quality of the operational risk reports
Consults the organization on performing ORM risk assessments and advises on risk mitigation measures. Risk assessment are performed based on the ORM plan
Consolidates the information on risk assessments relating to operational risks to inform management on the risk profile of the company
Contributes in promotion of operational risk on all levels to improve risk awareness and the risk culture within the organization
Designs, implements and maintains ORM policies, standards and procedures to establish an efficient and effective operational risk management framework set by the Managing Board
Drives ORM improvement activities based on the ISM & ORM plan and proactively informs the Department Manager ISM & ORM on status and progress
Consolidates the information on operational risk losses reported by the first lines of defence in the organization to provide clear dashboards for senior management, the Risk Management Committee and the Audit & Risk Committee
