– 2 infrastructure & telecom specialists
– Coordination of infrastrucre (contracted) support from Cli:ënt and suppliers

The consultant is responsible for translating the requirements from the customer and internal organization into solutions.
You will see opportuniities, relations, draw conslusions and estimate the consequences.
You are able to analyze processes and in cooperation with the developers , offer a suitable solution.
Your solution are part of a maintainable and extensible architecture vision.
You are able to carry out extensive data analysis to our reporting environment.
You taking the lead to new ICT services or major amendments thereto

Education;
HBO

Knowledge
– Master's degree in information Systems or Computer Sciences or equivalent
– Minimum 4 years working experience
– Management experience with proven experience delivering innovative IT solutions
– Familiarity with CRM solutions, customer support enviroment
– Experience with mobility solutions (devices and applications) and social collaboration tools
– Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and data analysis tools such as Qlikview
– Software design experience
– Software development experience

Skills
– Excellent interpersonal skill/communicatio/speaking excellent English and understand different dialects of English
– Ability to lead a divers multicultural team
– Ability to create process-and workflows to describe complex multi-system processes
– Ability to sell an unpopular idea and build consensus around a new initiative
– Ability to structure loose problems, and to find solutions to the same
– Wxcellent oral and presentations skills

Bijzonderheden
We will hiring someone with a backround that fits to be working with such an international team.
