We are looking for Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches who know how to ensure that the Agile way of working is understood and applied properly within our Scrum Teams in our organization. Will this be a challenge for you?

Role
The Scrum Master is supporting one or more Scrum Teams, ensuring that the Agile way of working is understood and applied properly. He or she do so by ensuring that the Development Teams, Business representatives, the Product Owner, and their management adheres to the Scrum framework, and applies the agreed Agile practices and rules. SCrum Masters support the Scrum Teams as a whole, but also the individual Team members, Product Owner(s) and the rest of the organization in various ways. 
Scrum Masters are facilitators, acting as servant leaders for their Scrum Team(s); they do not manage the team but show them the way by facilitation. 
Scrum Masters also help the environment outside the Scrum Teams to understand which of their interactions with the Teams are helpful and which are not. Scrum Masters also help everyone to change such interactions so as to create an optimal environment for the Scrum Team to perform.

The Scrum Master reports to the Manager ICT Software Development, who is part of the IT Department as a whole (150 fte).
