Inzet: 40 uur per week
Summary: Responsible for supporting the delivery of projects, programs or a portfolio, working closely with Project/Program Managers and usually under the guidance of a Program Controller.
Education/Experience: Previous experience in PMO and/or operations administration
Skills and Competencies: Administrative skills; portfolio mgmt.; analytics & reporting capabilities; attention to detail; planning & scheduling skills; strong communication & interpersonal skills; organizational & time mgmt.; financial administration skills; relationship & stakeholder mgmt.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide value-add to projects by driving quality and supporting delivery activities, including through portfolio management, analytics, reporting, and governance & controls.
2. Understand, challenge and track key project issues, risks, dependencies, changes and deliverables.
3. Manage the timely submission and quality of reporting.
4. Analyze, validate and present project data and management information.
5. Provide support and analysis in resource and finance/budget management.
6. Record meeting notes and track actions.
7. Enable team communications (e.g., via SharePoint sites, team meetings, workshops, document mgmt. & reporting)
8. Improve the team’s governance and delivery frameworks.
Candidate requirements:
1) Willing to do admin work/ understand the importance of that work.
2) Precise/ structured way of working.
3) Good time management/ prioritization of work.
4) Confident enough to contact senior stakeholders about the clarity data. (Good communication skills) 5) Excellent English skills
6) Clarity knowledge (not required)
