• Analyzing complex change requests that transcend building blocks for impact and feasibility of implementation in relation to management within the technical environment (assembly of building blocks);
• Developing impact analyzes of non-standard applications (NSAs);
• Providing functional guidelines to administrators;
• Setting priorities focused on technical actions;
• Ensuring the coherence between changes and building blocks and determining the sequence;
• Coordinating the implementation based on the release and management calendar of the building blocks;
• Acting proactively and (adjusting) in the event of impending congestion or understaffing in the ICT infrastructure by instructing the implementation team(s), prioritizing and monitoring the implementation of the daily management of the infrastructure…
