Unity UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced (medior/senior) UX-designer who wants to roll up his sleeves and get started at an innovative IT program within the energy sector.
An innovative system is being built for this program for the benefit of the B2B segment of the energy market. As a developer you will work on the Online domain of the program, developing a new portal for customers to become fully digital. We use a large-scaled Agile / Scrum method together with +/- 5 other teams. Therefore you should have, beside your design skills, good communication skills in order to operate optimally in your team and across others.

The UX designer will be part of an existing Online scrum team and responsible to create visuals for development and supporting in creating new solutions together with the business and functional people. Additionally, you will be supporting the introduction and execution of design sprints, which will also include developing high-level prototypes as well as user testing.

Profile
· Bachelor and Master in (product) design, user interaction and/or communication.
· 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
· Proven experience with graphic design tools (a.o. Adobe Illustrator) and prototyping required, provide a portfolio
· Experience with design sprints and user research preferred
· Knowledge of Agile development is an advantage
· Dutch speaking preferred
· Available fulltime immediately
