Test Coördinator

Startdate: a.s.a.p.

Period: 23 Months and an option to extend

Summary of Department and Position:

* The Global OneSumX project has been initiated to deploy the OneSumX operational risk management tool together with associated global standards and revised processes/procedures across all business units globally.

* The Test Co-ordinator will report to the IT Workstream Lead within the project and will have end to end responsibility for testing the OneSumX tool, including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution and Reporting.

Key Duties, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

* Development and approval of the Testing Strategy and Plan

* Creation of relevant test scripts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and functional design.

* Management of the test execution phase ensuring that all identified defects are recorded and resolved.

* Co-ordination of all resources involved in testing. These resources will be business unit representatives in the various business units (NL, UK, US, Spain, Central & Eastern Europe, Asia)

Input to overall project progress reporting.

* Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

* Experience of test management and execution within large projects in the financial services industry, using both waterfall and agile development methodologies.

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines

* Desirable Qualifications/Skills/Experience

* Experience of working in a global environment and of working with colleagues in Europe, US and Asia

* Good understanding of the insurance and financial services industry.

Knowledge of project management theory, tools and practice.

* Working Conditions :

* Normal office environment. The role will be based in The Hague.

May require flexible hours to accommodate global project teams.
