Responsibilities

• Responsible for frontline support related to Sage, e-Reqs, SQL, BI, and other Finance systems before logging bugs/enhancements to IT.
• Responsible for coordinating and performing system tests and UAT (User Acceptance Tests).
• Assist with documenting business requirements, system manuals and performing training to the Finance Community.

Support (60 %)

• Responsible for frontline support towards every employee within the organisation relating to Finance Systems; solving requests relating to “usage of system”
• Acting as interface/intermediare between user and Finance/IT, e.g. in relation to 2nd line support and development
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining a status overview of ongoing support requests. The support request can come from every employee within the organisation relating to Finance Systems.
• Responsible for retrieving the correct information and requirements from the customer(s), analyse the input and provide digested output to relevant persons as agreed in the Finance Support definition.

Test & development (40 %)

• Assist Sr. Manager Field Finance Coordination with documenting business requirements in relation to Finance Applications
• Responsible for testing Finance System changes based on development requirements/specifications
• Responsible for performing and facilitating UAT of changes and new systems / tools
• Contributing to writing system requirements and UAT scripts
• Contributing to writing system manuals
• Contributing to training of Finance community in relation to Finance Systems
