Introduction
The System admin is part of the WW HR Processes and Information team, whose mission is to develop and support HR process execution enabled by technology. P&I is the functional owner of the main HR systems (e.g. HR4U) and is responsible for worldwide HR reporting and analytics.
Job Mission
The System admin is the primary responsible for a specific system/ system functionality within the Talent Management scope (Saas solution). The talent management functionality encompasses Compensation, Performance management, Succession management, Learning.
Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
• Support the counterpart from the relevant Subject Matter Experts from the HR Expertise area (C&B, People Development) in the definition of the relevant HR processes (e.g. salary planning, LTI, performance management, DAP…).
• Define, in cooperation with the counterpart from the SME, the system requirements supporting key HR processes (both for new systems and upgrade of existing systems), identifying solutions/options/alternative scenarios.
• Detail the system specifications, liaise with the HRIS vendor for implementation and testing (both for new system, upgrade of existing systems).
• Define, together with SME, training requirements, content and methodology, develop and/or validate training materials, deliver training to 1st line support and to HR line.
• Ensure availability of adequate reports and reporting options for end users.
• Run the execution of the relevant process (jointly with SME), analyzing data, providing insights on outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement actions, based on feedback sessions, new requirements
• Run / participate to improvement projects / new projects aimed at streamlining administrative activities / improving HR processes, involving relevant parties and ensuring appropriate stakeholder management.
• Constant alignment with key users of other modules to ensure data and process integration
Education
Master degree
Experience
• At least 8 years of working experience in the field of HRIS, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience with HR data, HR processes and HR analytics.
• Experience with participation in key HR projects.
• Affinity with IT applications but also HR Processes
• Very good knowledge of Excel
