We are looking for a technical oriented SAP Project Manager with proven team management skills. This is an interim role that could possibly be extended after 31/10/2016.
Main tasks:
- Manage and coordinate the work of 5 SAP programmers and 2 Intershop developers. The workload comes from different projects and key user requests.
- Act as projectleader for an ongoing SAP upgrade project (newer version)
- Manage and collaborate with outsourcing partner for the SAP upgrade.
- Manage and coordinate the work of the test coordinator for the SAP upgrade.
- Act as Service Manager to translate requests into technical requirements for outsourcing partner.
It is highly important that this person has a high technical knowledge of SAP in order to understand and translate requests/requirements to the outsourcing partner and technical feedback from outsourcing partner back to internal organization. Furthermore this person needs to be very pro-active and figure things out on its own.
Requirements:
- Technical SAP knowledge and preferebly technical knowledge of Biztalk and Webmethodes.
- Resource Management experience
- Team/people Management experience
- Service Manager experience
- Project Manager experience
The Senior SAP Project Manager will oversee the initiation, development and execution of assigned projects within a defined period of time. As the SAP Project Manager, you will also be working closely in the field with a matrixed, diverse team, along with the functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives.
Hours per week: 40. 32 hours per week is not preferable.

- Application of OSS notes
- SAP Modules such as HR (PY, OM, PA, TM), FI (FM, BCS), MM (PR, AP, IM), Plant Maintenance, and PS
- SAP ASAP methodology
- Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing
- Principles of program documentation
- Principles of report, screen, and form design
- New trends in the field of information technology
- Principles of training
