The PM that we are looking for needs to manage a project which is part of one of the strategic pillars of the organisation. The project is part of a joint cross functional program of finance and commerce. The first phase of the project is finishing the design and solution build. Second phase of the project is building the related capability further together with the business by deploying the solution to other Opco’s. To be successful in this project you need to have proven to be excellent in stakeholder management within GIS and the business, being structured, able to manage multiple teams and have some experience in analytics. Moreover, you also like to coach junior PM’s working on different projects.

The Business Unit (BU)) has a worldwide responsibility for all IT processes, solutions and services. The aim is to further enhance the organisations' global functions by delivering common business driven solutions and services.
 
The Department is a key component of the BU and covers the collaborative management of business relationships and the design, development and implementation of common solutions by following a consistent and rigorous program and project management methodology.
 
The Project Manager manages and delivers a project in accordance with the processes and governance of the BU, and within scope, quality, budgetary and time targets. This entails project scoping, planning, execution, managing transitions and evaluation. Depending on the type of project, s/he will also be responsible for: 

  • Developing win-win, collaborative relationships that add clear value to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding the end-to-end service not just the technical components and impact from a user’s perspective
  • Collating and analyzing financial information to ensure value driven decision are made and the impact to the organization is clearly articulated
  • Actively embracing and promoting change, especially from a business perspective
