Description:
The Operations team is a dynamic team where all the operational challenges of the client come together. Never a dull day with incidents and problems to be solved and processes to be improved. On top of that we work with partners in several countries making it a complex international environment.
We are looking for a Senior Service Manager to help us with 2 things:
– Implement and improve the OPS side of the work of the DevOps teams. Helping and coaching the teams.
– Improve ITSM processes and increase stability together with our colleagues of Shared Operations in Riga. Taking care of the day-to-day (major) incidents in that domain.
The perfect candidate:
– loves a challenge and stays cool
– knows everything about ITIL
– has more than 5 years of relevant experience
– is fluent in English
– doesn’t mind regular foreign travel
