Introduction
The organisations’ applications products are critical elements in the semiconductor manufacturing process. These products are largely software driven. Wafer Fab Applications (WFA) is the part of the Application products responsible for developing and delivering products that improve the performance of the organisations’ scanners by translating large amounts of performance data into scanner correction profiles.

Job Mission
As part of the STI team perform integration test activities for the packages that are released towards the organisations’ APPS customers on a regular basis.

Job Description
– Execute the basic regression test on the software baseline on a weekly basis
– Create and execute tests scripts to verify deliveries from projects
– Execute continues integration test plan and report results, including written reports
– Submit issues for encountered problems and follow up on them
– Suggest process/tooling improvements where necessary

Education
HBO/WO Technical, preferably computer sciences.

Experience
Proven background of at least 5 year in test tools and methods. Focus on software application
