SAP (C4C Hybris) Cloud for Customer Administrator/Advisor
For one of our customers we are currently searching for a SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Administrator and Advisor who will be an integral member of the SAP Competence Center that operates in a challenging environment in which they take care of Incidents, Change Requests and Projects.
The SAP C4C Administrator and Advisor will be responsible for Roll-Out, Administration, Configuration, Support, Training and Coaching of the SAP C4C solution which is used by them in several countries like Romania, Germany, Switzerland, Finland and Ukraine.
The SAP C4C Administrator and Advisor will be based in one of their offices and will be required to travel to company locations from time to time (for projects and customer engagement).
Responsibilities
Business Support / Continuity
– Provide day-to-day re-active and pro-active business support (in 02nd or 03rd line)
– Follow-up on incidents and changes according to IT Services SLA’s
– Adhere to standard procedures and policies
– Contribute to improvements on procedures
Analyze and deliver technical solutions
– According to business (improvement) needs
– According to needs initialized from SOx requirements
– Deliver on Change Requests
– Participate in new projects in all project phases
– Respect project and documentation standards (end- user, training, testing,…)
– Manages all updates of the application
Enable team collaboration and communication
– Secure backup by Local C4C Administrators or by an external party
– Collaborate with SAP CC colleagues and Local Business C4C administrators
– Train and coach Business Key Users and Local Business C4C Administrators
– Share knowledge with team members
Align with external service providers
– In case of improvement changes or projects for which internal resources/competencies are not available In the setup and delivery of new (roll-out) projects
Achieve expert configuration knowledge
– Through continuous learning and system configuration
– Explore unused or new C4C functionality
Know how & experience
– Bachelor degree
– Minimum 3 year work experience in a similar role or position
– Hands on experience in solution design , configuration of C4C Sales & Service modules
– Preferably expert knowledge of SAP CRM and SD
– SAP C4C implementation experience – minimum 2 full life cycle implementations
– Business process knowledge and understanding preferably in manufacturing / service industries
– Clear understanding of SAP Application Studio and Development Lifecycle
– Experience in managing integration of C4C with SAP ECC (via SAP PI); practical experience in interpreting complex technical design issues and to communicate effectively with Solution Architects, Application and Technical Analysts
– Knowledge of SAP PI and Web Dispatcher would be a plus
