Currently looking for a Release Train Engineer to join one of our international clients for a position in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Duration is for 6 months with option of extension.

What will you be doing:
• Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value
• Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization
• Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner
• Assessing the agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
• Removing impediments (people, process or tools) that hinders agility within the team
• Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation
• Assisting with internal and external communication, and improving transparency leveraging visual dash boarding to keep information up to date…
