For our client in 's-Gravenhage we are looking for a Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

HR has a programme to improve the recruitment experience and move to a so called digital recruitment. Tools used in the recruitment space are IBM Kenexa, Cubics and Hirevue. To support the HR recruitment programme, also a number of IT initiatives will be necessary, e.g. interface Cubics – Kenexa, enhancements to Kenexa, integration HireVue Kenexa, etc. All to be delivered before end 2016.

To co-ordinate the above It initiatives necessary we are looking for a PM. The PM will work together with the business and other staff in different locations (e.g. Bangalore).

Skills
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Strong PM (PDF) experience
• Business analysis skills
• Working together with HR BI and the business and all other parties (IRM, SOM, etc)
• Project will consist of different initiatives (sub-projects) in the recruitment area (digital recruitment)
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English speaking/writing
