Voor onze opdrachtgever in omgeving Amsterdam, zoeken wij een Senior Project Manager (voor drie project-initiatives):

1) Enabling new initiatives for Service Differentation, goal: enlarge the conversion (cross- and upsell)
2) Developing two oline servicesconcepts, one for new customers and one for existing customers; goals: aim for same conversion (cross- and upsell) results as in the area of call-handling and aim for new customers (comparable results as in Ecommerce-channel)
3) Further development and implementation of new customer-service-channels, like chat, video and whatsapp; goal: relasing (on profitbale basis) further growth of these channels.
