For our international client in The Hague we are looking for Project manager.

End: 17-5-2018
40 hrs./week

Collating and matching the demand for Knowledge Management (KM) support in Upstream and IG with the Enterprise KM approach & solutions.
– Advocate with leaders in around the implementation (“How and Why”) of the KM solution especially, roles, processes, tools, ways of working and behavioral change.
– Develop, improve and assure that all KM processes, tools, and resources are fit for purpose, standardized and capable of supporting the respective Business Plans, while supporting the company’s strategy.
– Provide continuous competence development and build the KM capability of KM Business and Learning Focal points, along with education and alliance with the Learning Managers/Advisors.
– Contribute to internal and external forums and groups to identify and develop KM best practices that can be used within the company.
– Leverage Global KM tools, processes and ways of working (e.g. Learning from Experience, Learning from Incidents, Practices Worth Replicating) against specific Upstream and IG challenges.
– Deliver key metrics, champion success stories and use cases where KM has created and enhanced value for the company
-Collaborate with Learning Managers and Learning Advisors to shape the KM approach to enable the broader competence development agenda and business performance in each LoB / country.
