Tasks & responsibilities:
-Identify and assess the needs of the organization in the area of ITSM
-Select a vendor that fits best our needs
-Close the deal, legal aid is provided
-Manage the implementation of the ITSM tool, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
-Coordinating the involved teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation
-Test and monitor the performance of the ITSM tool and identify areas for improvement
-Train users to maximize effectiveness of the tool
