We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the structuring and execution of all relevant activities in this high-priority project to properly reallocate unstructured data on the shared drives of this financial institution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Ensure compliance with GDPR standards regarding unstructured data
• Enhance digital and workplace skills within Athe financial institution to promote more efficient data management practices
• Reduce the IT infrastructure capacity required
• Driving business adoption of the Office 365 environment and encouraging the transition from shared drives to OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
• Analysing the current structure, business ownership, and capacity of shared drives to propose decisions on business involvement, decommissioning, and other relevant actions
• Managing and coordinating the efforts of both business and IT stakeholders to ensure the successful achievement of project goals
• Communicating and interacting with senior stakeholders and employees across various functions, including commercial, support, and IT

Required Knowledge, Skills, Competencies & Education:
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations and its implications for data management
• Proficiency in Office 365, preferably with familiarity in IT Workplace Platforms
• Understanding of project management practices
• Strong analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving objectives efficiently and effectively
• Transparent communicator, capable of effectively conveying information to stakeholders at all levels…
