We are looking for an experienced Operation Process Consultant with strong project/ program management skills and experience to join an energetic team focusing on process and organisationsl transformation.

What you are going to do

* Bring structure and organisation to help the transformation of operation process happen
* Design and map out operatiing model and strategy
* Explain transformation vision and design sessions with senior stakeholders

A ideal profile would be

* Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
* At least 5 years experience in managing complex and large-scale projects/ programs and change management
* Experience in moving around within complex environments in the financial sector
* Familiar with dealing with stakeholders on the senior level
