For a Dutch multinational we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projectmanager. Its an interim assignment expected to take at least the remaining months of 2016. We need somebody that has a proven track record in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM in an International environment.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projectmanager Responsibilities:

• Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions
  
• Lead and review your team’s work, directing efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
  
• Oversee timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  
• Ensure that project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan
  
• Manage partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction
  
• Participate in sales activities as required.

The ideal candidates will have the following skills:

• At least 7 years relevant work experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  
• Understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by CRM
  
• Extensive experience with CRM or other business management software (especially Microsoft Dynamics)
  
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service environments
  
• Excellent client management skills
  
• Experience leading large complex technology projects
  
• Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
