For one of our customers in the region Zuid Holland we are looking for a maintenance enigineer

Purpose of the position

Increasing the awareness and importance of maintenance projects at the terminals. Executes keeping up with in- and external developments, defining maintenance policies (preventive and corrective) and monitoring implementation.

Tasks & responsibilities
•Execute definitions and implementations of maintenance standards, specifications and procedures;
•Manage all maintenance aspects in projects and implement these in the project;
•Ensure a full integration and a complete hand-over to the owner’s maintenance organization;
•Review, improve and approve maintenance strategy plans from contractor and vendors;
•Perform FMECA and criticality analyses and analyze, elaborate and implement the results in local maintenance programs and budgets;
•Support identifying opportunities, issues and problems from both the operational companies and/or external (legal) developments;
•Support the sorting and scoping of potential projects, mapping requirements, deliverables and needed resources and submitting of project initiation forms;
•Perform internal reviews and assess whether a technical solution provides the best solution for the identified issues;
•Support the execution of feasibility studies for projects by analyzing technology, resource needs and market demand and translate this into technical proposals;
•Provide input for a detailed project description, identify possible corrective actions and performing an internal financial and technical review on the selected solution.


The Maintenance Engineer reports to the Portfolio Manager.
