Our client is looking for a Project Admin/PMO role to support the global deployment of an in-house developed platform. The deployment project is ramping up this year. An expected 50 deployment projects will result under the umbrella of the global program. 60+ locations worldwide; 3000+ professional subsurface users, many different stakeholders with a wide variety of needs.

The Project admin/PMO role supports the Program Manager, Deployment team and M&O department with administrative activities but can also operate as the interface between the various departments in Rijswijk involved in the deployment. The PMO maintains the User- and Departmental portal in Sharepoint and assists with the marketing and communication material. The PMO also organizes and facilitates events and meetings and brings social cohesion to the different efforts/teams. He or she can work across all management layers to work floor.

A demanding role in a complex but interesting project. There is room to experience what it means to work in a professional global company and learn new skills and practices.
