Job Mission
As a Java Developer you are member of a team responsible for development, test and integration of software solutions to control stability and performance of the Scanner.

Job Description
Within business line Applications the Wafer Fab application Software groups address the area of scanner stability and process control. You will be creating software in Java SE or Java EE, contributing to the development of controller software in a scrum/Agile way of working. Wafer Fab application controllers are created by several teams working together to deliver and integrate solutions to complex problems to enhance the control capability for our customers.
Within one of the teams you will implement user stories and will cooperate with other software team members. You will work with Team leads and Architects. In this position you will act as software professional. You will apply software engineering practices such as implementation in Java, testing and integration on the Litho computing platform. You will be gaining knowledge on complex mathematical control algorithms and the controller applications used by our customers, estimation and optimization algorithms, and workflows.

Context of the position
In order to contribute to the realization of new software functionality you will need to be able to assess, review and discuss and implement software designs. Actively seek interaction with your team members to review yours and others contributions to our software archive. You work closely with your peers:
• to create software solutions
• to decide on software implementation
• to participate in code design and test documentation reviews
• to perform pair programming
Software test and integration is an important aspect of our work, hence you need to sit together with Software test and integration to align on test specifications and Software testing in order to meet the quality standards.
From a project management perspective close cooperation with the software team leader is required to provide him with effort estimates for software plan creation and updates for progress reporting. You will interact with your Software group leader for coaching and personal development discussions
