I’m looking for an IT Manager for a small period of time ( 3-4 months )

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and supervise the IT Operations team, set the right priorities, ensure that each team member has a reasonable challenging workload and is trained and qualified for their tasks, now and in the future

* Participate and support in developing and executing the strategic direction for the IT department, in line with business strategy and goals

* Create, maintain, and report about the IT Operations annual budget against given targets

* Design, develop, deploy and document improved ITSM processes, organizational roles and tools (policies, SOP’s, WI’s), to improve IT service delivery timeliness, efficiency and value, and guarantee availability, reliability, and continuity

* Establish processes, metrics, and reports to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing compliance with developed ITSM processes and performance standards, in line with GxP, SOx and GDPR regulations

* Contract, SLA, and vendor management of our IT service providers, ensure timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues

* Define and execute a cyber security roadmap

* Conduct ongoing vulnerability analysis and threat assessment, and implement solutions to enhance control

* Drive innovation, identify and communicate areas for improvement, propose and implement improvements

* Develop and maintain knowledge management strategy of the overall IT landscape (functional, technical and configuration designs)

==KNOWLEDGE==

* A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical, Engineering, Business Administration

* ITSM/ITIL certified

* Knowledge of Cisco networking, MS Azure, Information Security

==EXPERIENCE==

* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading an IT operations team on a day-to-day basis, preferably in a regulated environment

* Minimum of 8-10 years technical experience working in an IT operations or security center

* Contract, SLA and vendor management

* Good command of spoken and written English, Dutch is a plus
