IT Infra Project manager for the below program / projects

( for the period of around 9 months.)

Life Cycle Management program

* Supervise the various activities in the Operational IT Department related to life cycle upgrades of systems and applications, hardware and software upgrades of phone, workplace, etc.

* Management of a number smaller projects in the area of Life Cycle Management

Project Management requirements:

* Broad experience with IT infrastructure project.

* Minimum of 7 years IT experience, of which a minimum of 4 years as IT Project manager

* Good stakeholder management skills, needed within the context of the IT department: e.g. IT delivery manager, Enterprise Architect, Corporate Information Security manager.

Project Management responsibilities:

* Responsible for successful planning and implementation of projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes.

* Responsible supervising the Life Cycle program.

* Manage small to medium size projects, including financial responsibilities.

* Organizes and plans the execution of physical work.

* Responsible for all phases of his projects

* Maintain relationships and coordination with project vendors and partners.

* Analyzes project issues, progress and performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

* Creates and maintains project work plans and drives the necessary project control points including resource plan, budgets, risk tracking, issue logs, planning assumptions, milestones, change management, and project dependencies.

* Responsible for assessing the impact of shifting project priorities, demands and timeline modifications.

* Maintains open communication with all stakeholders involved with the project.

Other Requirements:

* Speaks the language of the IT infrastructure support teams (e.g. knows the relevant terminology and abbreviations that are customary in this field)

* Fluent in English (all documentation is in English, and some meetings are held in English)

* Immediately available for a minimum of 4 days per week

* Living in Rotterdam area would be a bonus
