For a client in Leidschendam Harvey Nash is looking for a :

Implementation manager

Profile:

* Experienced Implementation Manager (5-10 years+);

* Experience with implementing standard applications, ERP is a MUST (preferably including CRM/PSA in a cloud environment);

* Experience in setting up training programs as part of implementations;

* Experience with data migrations as part of implementations;

* Implementation experience in a global environment;

* Experience with change management aspect of implementations;

* Energetic, hands-on & pragmatic;

* Structured & flexible approach, while staying focused in an unstructured environment;

* Experience in engineering sector and project management;

* Fluent in English and Dutch both verbal and written.

Role/activities:

* Set up plan for the implementation for the second company;

* Set up plan for the implementation for the other Dutch companies;

* Set up plan for the Global roll-out;

* Assures buy-in from business stakeholders and approval;

* Executes implementation according to plan;

* Manages all activities and issues to bring companies successful live on the new business information solution;

* Set-up & executes training plan;

* Set-up & executes communication plan;

* Organize (business) change activities;

* Liaison during and hand-over to support organisation after go live;

* Provide guidance to business leaders.
