We are looking for a HR Stream Lead for a project at one of our customers in the Amsterdam region.

Activities:

– Start with a full introduction into the clients’ HR and Hosting strategy
– Initiate and shape the HR Stream in the programme
– Work with key IT stakeholders to quantify, help redefine and report impact on local hosting service management organisations
– Use the gathered insight as input to help improve the project planning and reporting
– Work with peer programme stream leads in change & communications, programme management, PMO, management and IT stakeholders
– With global and OpCo HR management, define an HR plan for short and longer term that aligns with the programme’s objective and agile approach
– See to timely execution of the HR plan and deliverables as the responsible stream lead
