Job description:

Ensuring that HR processes, systems and services in Corporate Center are compliant, efficient and customer centric

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of annual HR cycle outputs:

– Ensure a high quality service delivery of HR services provided by Corporate Center HR, managing a broad range of stakeholders (e.g.HR business partners, managers, employees, assistants and IT, Facilities and other units in the Netherlands).

– Lead annual performance management and merit review cycle (planning communications, guidance, market benchmark, system launch and process monitoring) and bonus calculations, ensuring process is controlled, timely and outcomes accurate and complete.

Lead standardization of HR processes and services:

– Pro-actively issue advice to optimize and simplify HR processes and to drive standardization from scoping up to implementation, managing multiple stakeholders.

– Embed further usability of high tech (HR) technologies by HR and the business.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

– Set-up, manage and monitor HR SLAs (Recruitment, HR Back Office, Health Center) to ensure that service is being delivered against agreed deadlines and quality

– Develop metrics associated with these services and acceptable service levels.

Project management of new HR technology implementation projects:

Manage HR projects in Corporate Center (e.g. Engagement Survey, implementation of new HR technology such as Workday, benefit management system Bravo etc.) in line with the Group and Corporate Center strategy and business needs, requiring complex stakeholder management across multiple functions and entities.

Risk Management and Business Continuity:

– Ensure compliance with global and Corporate Center risk management frameworks, liaising with Risk management, Compliance and IT functions.

– Ensure processes are controlled and high risks accepted taken in a controlled way.

– Ensure appropriate plans and awareness is in place among HR employees with regard to business continuity.

Providing subject matter expertise on Workday (requirements and implementations) in all units in The Netherlands.

– Review set business and HR requirements based on global governance, collective Labour agreement and other local policies and frameworks. Work with all units in the Netherlands and Global Workday team to ensure adjustments are made where required, and implemented accordingly (testing sign-off)

– Work across all units in the Netherlands to ensure the change management approach is fit for purpose based on module(s) being implemented (and related stakeholders), and that execution is carried out timely involving all units in the Netherlands

– Work with Global Compensation & Benefits function to ensure all requirements (system design, reporting, data definitions) are incorporated in line with internal & external regulations & frameworks.

Requested knowledge, experience and qualifications:

– Academic working and thinking level with at least 8 – 10 years of experience.

– Profound understanding of the business, inter-relations of other functions with HR in order to drive standardization of HR (transaction).

– Knowledge of improving and visualizing processes

– Setting up new concepts globally taking into account company culture, strategy, governance and current and future capabilities

– Understanding of reporting and designing / implementing KPI dashboards

– Solid experience of Workday (processes, especially Compensation, Performance Management and Recruitment; data management; reporting) and ability to understand easily new technologies (understands IT infrastructure, definitions etc)

Remarks:
