Wat ga je doen?

An opportunity for an HR professional with experience running ADP Online payroll systems

Payroll duties:

Responsible for the local payroll process and personnel administration. The payroll is done through ADP. The payroll Admin uploads all data in ADP Online and this is sent to ADP for processing.

Responsible for maintaining Excel spreadsheets with salary data for all commuters and expats which is then sent to PwC.

Contacts with external parties – Tax / social security authorities

HR Role:

Provide HR support to locally based employees and management to deliver relevant and meaningful solutions to business challenges

Advise on HR policies and processes in line with Netherlands legislation and Company processes

Collaborates with other HR professionals as required and to share knowledge

Preparation of Dutch employment contracts for local hires

Advise on company benefits and Netherlands benefit plans

Facilitate any Employee Relations activity as required

Participate in delivery of training

Knowledge required:

Dutch employment and HR legislation, salary administration, working conditions, Dutch tax regulations.

Please note:

Having a combination of payroll and HR experience is highly important.
