For our client we are looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer in Amsterdam

We are looking for Full Stack PHP developer who will be working in the Interconnect team which is part of CN&O. The Interconnect department is responsible for all 3rd party interconnects related to Data, Voice and Mobile. The main project this developer will be working on is the development of an inhouse tool called Fusion which is a work flow management and backbone inventory tool.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop Workflow Management System:

◾Create technical specification and documentation using requirements.

◾Translate requirements into software solution using appropriate programming techniques and database.

◾Software verification and validation

2. Develop Workflow System in a modular fashion:

◾Start Implementing new module after one is fully functional.

◾Get approval sign-off for each module.

◾Thoroughly test integration between two modules.

◾Crete database using high performance schemas and optimized queries in MySQL.

◾Get the functionality approved via user acceptance tests.

◾Generate reports on different activities in the tool based on the request of planners and engineers.

◾Develop tests for each software components.

◾Implement LDAP authentication into web portal.

Required Skills & Knowledge

◾Experience with web technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and JQuery

◾Good knowledge of relational databases and version control tools

◾Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

◾Fast learner and a pro-active approach in all working duties

◾Ability to work in a fast paced environment

◾Excellent communication skills – written / verbal

◾Team player

Please note that this position is not suitable for remote working.

Start date should be either 10th of July or otherwise from September 11th due to internal holidays.
