Interim Financial Analyst

For a holding of an international utility we are currently looking for an Interim Financial Analyst in Amsterdam immediately. The holding acts a bank for the group organization where they make investments to other entities. Are you a freelancer or are you available as a temp worker? Read further!
The role
• As a Financial Analyst you will be supporting the preparation of the Company’s financial reporting aimed to monitor and control company key drivers;
• You will be supporting the activities and processes that are related to financial budget and plan definition
• Monthly support, 4Q and preclosing reporting process
• Liaising with Risk Control and Front Office areas to assure the proper hedging of the currency and interest risk positions
• Monitoring and reporting the company’s financial portfolio
• Supporting the yield performance and hedging strategy effectiveness

Your experience
• You have at least 2 years of experience with budget and control;
• You have experience within banking and/or financial service industry;
• You have a good understanding of FX and IFRS
• Highly skilled in in Excel
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Economics

About you
• You are working as a Freelancer or open to work as a temp;
• You are available immediately – candidates with a month notice won’t be considered because of the high urgency;
• You are available for 40 hours per week
• You don’t mind working every day in the office in Amsterdam
• You are able to work in a complex organizational structure and build good working relationships with stakeholders
• You speak fluent English – candidates who speak Italian or Spanish are a plus
• You are available for at least 6 months
• Hourly rate between 60 – 85 EUR, depending on your experience…
