A senior consultant to take on the following workload components

1 Exchange Messaging Service. Detailed design of the on-premises end state messaging service using Exchange 2013. A single building block based architecture (scaled for capacity and utilizing a single datacenter) will be designed that will be applied to the two locations. So each datacenter will be capable of serving the total capacity.

2 Mail Flow. Design for mail routing, SMTP flow between Exchange and the internal and perimeter systems. Exchange 2013 built in protection (Safety Net)

3 Server Design and Configuration. Exchange 2013 Server designs, sizing based on up to three mailbox plans. Configuration builds for the following server roles: * Hub Transport, * Client Access Server (CAS), * Mailbox

4 Exchange Storage Design. The design includes Exchange 2013 storage requirements based on capacity and performance. The storage backend must be subjected to and pass JetStress.

5 High Availability. Exchange 2013 design based on native Exchange functionality – Database Availability Groups (DAG) and fault tolerant server designs

6 Client Access Methods. Design of Client Access Server roles for Outlook 2013 or later, Outlook Anywhere (RPC/HTTPS), Outlook Web App (OWA), and Exchange ActiveSync (EAS). The Client Access Namespace architecture requires a single namespace for both datacenters. Gemeente ‘;s-Hertogenbosch will have available compatible hardware load balancing capabilities

7 Back-up / Restore. Provide application guidance for backup/restore using Exchange Native Protection

8 Archiving. Provide planning and design details for leveraging Exchange Personal Archives. Archiving is out of scope for mailbox plans
