Do you have experience in offering ERP-related support in international environments? And do you want to put your skills to use with an organization that really makes a difference? That helps people when they need it the most? Then read on!
Our client, an international, independent medical emergency relief organization based in Amsterdam, is looking for a Support Specialist with experience in ERP-systems. In this role you will support the implementation of the ERP system, both in the Amsterdam HQ and across mission areas.
As ERP Support Specialist, you will be part of the support team that will play an essential part in the rollout of the integrated supply and finance system, both in Amsterdam HQ and in the missions that this organization operates all across the globe. So travel abroad will be a significant aspect of this role.
You will make sure the missions are properly prepared for the new system (equipment, infrastructure, internet connection, existing systems and software etc). And upon the actual implementation, you will support the missions in all phases: pre-rollout analysis, desktop and system installations, system integration in existing infrastructure, training field officers, documenting processes.
The ERP Support Specialist we are looking for is someone who is familiar with travelling and international environments, and who knows how to cope with the (IT) challenges that come with the complexity of international missions.
Next to that, we are looking for someone with at least:
- 3+ years in IT Support roles;
- 2+ years of involvement in large IT projects;
- Experience in implementing ERP Systems is a big plus;
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and oral;
- Must be willing to travel and spend time at projects in the field;
- Experience in international, multi-cultural environments (NGO experience is a big plus).
