The candidate is responsible for providing Third Line Technical Support, including the communication of complex problems to appropriate support teams/software vendors. Monitoring the availability and performance of the NT infrastructure services. Ensure that any potential problems are addressed proactively

• Support and monitor the execution of the SAP access management controls (SOx and non-SOx) in the user access management space to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with the User Access Provisioning team to continuously improve of security procedures and controls for SAP applications
• Manage the ERP controls dashboards, reports, status updates and compliancy operations
• Liasing with the auditors and support evidence gathering for the periodic audits (Management testing/Internal/External)
• Provide analysis to support remediation activities which are part of observations/ findings from the internal/external audits
• Support the onboarding & offboarding of the ITGC/Sox controls for new applications handle by I&S team
• Hands on development of security controls and documenting controls per auditor guidelines
• Manage the expectations of various stakeholders and liaising with the business, Suppliers
• Work closely with the Internal control, Internal Audits & Offshore testing teams and the operations team to ensure that access controls executed in timely manner and compliant Misc. Terms/Conditions
• Work with multiple stakeholders, businessed and teams across the globe with tight
