Voor een eindklant van Harvey Nash in Arnhem zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager ESB implementation Nouryon

Project:

* Nouryon OneHub (OneHub SAP PO to Webmethods migration)

Goal:

* Implementation of the enterprise service bus for Nouryon. Due to the separation of AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals to Nouryon, also the enterprise service bus has to be separated. The new OneHub solution for Specialty Chemicals consists of two platforms. SAP Process Orchestration and webMethods by Software AG. By migrating all SAP Process Orchestration (PO) interfaces to one platform we can reduce costs and reduce complexity in our landscape.

Objectives:

1. Migrate the current approximately 360 Stella SAP PO interfaces to webMethods

2. Decommission the current SAP PO platform after migration

3. Save ongoing SAP PO operations & support costs

4. Simplify / Disentangle Specialty Chemicals Technology landscape by removing redundant applications due to legacy reasons

Work location:

* Arnhem

Profile:

* Proven experience (5 years+) as project manager of large complex infrastructural projects

* Proven experience as test manager

* Understanding of technology in scope, with specific experience in building enterprise service bus solutions

* Good planning skills in a complex IT landscape

* The candidate must have the ability to build trust, facilitate consensus building across diverse groups, drive change management, while demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.

* Able to align with other programs in the same space and optimize plans for effective execution

* Able to align with ongoing separation and re-organization programs

* Track deliverables and costs

* Work closely through IM Services and Sourcing with suppliers, based on contracts

* People skills

* Experience working in the chemical industry would be a big plus

Assignment:

* Define in cooperation with solutions architects and other technical experts the right solution

* Prepare, plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams

* Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality

* Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution

* Prepare test plan and manage the execution of all required tests

We are looking for somebody who has experience with the migration from SAP PO to Webmethods using ESB. These factors are crucial.
