The website of this international company went live on December 2015. It’s a new website which was developed with our partner agency Havas and it is Therapeutic area focused rather than product focused. The website has been developed in Ektron CMS with a Digital agency based in London.

Because of some changes in the company and brandname, the website (and al the domains in the different countries) will now have to represent more divisions. There is a shared history and science shared by both divisions but also very different focus areas and projects and we need to work on this.

We will be working towards having a shared common “landing page” with the shared elements and from there the users can either go to the both division parts of the site.
The first division needs to build a website from scratch while the other division will be using most of the elements used by the recently launched website.

The website however will be built in Adobe CMS (the new standard dictated by the corporate office in Paris). This means that the already existing the other division website will need to be migrated to Adobe- this means that new wireframes need to be built.

This project is a big pilot for working with IS in Paris, with Adobe and also to serve as a framework for the different countries, so at all time the end game must be taken into account.


The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for the successful upgrade and migration of the company website
