Job profile:

For our Access Network Programs department, we are looking for a Polish Delivery manager.

Key Accountabilities:

* iTools rollout across client’s footprint;

* Suport design + simulator Go Live in IE;

* PoC definition and run in UK;

* Simulator Go Live in CEE + CHAT launch;

* Bring senior stakeholders together to challenge and optimize current ways of working across client’s countries;

* Develop iTools strategy for client’s footprint;

* Leading PMO office of /and support detailed project per market.

Skills & Experience:

* Senior PM (min 5yrs preferably – can be less if we find the other bullets good enough);

* Intentionally, he/she is expected to run investment project progress tracking tool implementation and integration with surrounding systems;

* Expected business process (preferred, network construction investment process understanding) definition, analysis and translation into requirements (not BA but good if capable and understands);

* IT OSS tools implementation experience from the very beginning (requirements) to the very end (solution deployed, process and tools users trained, transition to operations);

* Full project management and control capability (read it: all PMBOK knowledge areas);

* Analytical skills needed & very well organized (deemed for PM btw);

* Working in international environment with virtual teams, via phone, webex, etc;

* Good English written and spoken is a MUST, Location in Poland, may be traveling but not extensive;

* Access network and IT background desired (at least one of them);

* Working with senior level stakeholders (good relations build capability, presentations and recommendations prep and justification).
