Data Scientist & Software Engineer

As a Data Scientist & Software Engineer you will be part of a project Team, which has the objective to develop, implement and embed a Data Quality Management solution at an International Asset Manager. You will be working directly with business operations experts and analists from the Asset Management organization providing data services to different Business Units within the Group. Who are we looking for? First of all, someone who hasa passion for Machine Learning and Data Engineering. You are an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Data & Computer Scientist with excellent communication and social skills. You are a real team player and have experience in working with different cultural backgrounds and personalities. You have considerable drive and are constantly improving yourself and your surroundings. Moreover, you enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues and a broader audience. Last, but not least, you are able to execute and implement things in a complex environment.

Specifieke Opleiding & Expertise *

Additionally: You have excellent English language skills as well as having excellent language skills in Dutch. You have 4-6 years of relevant work experience, including having code run in production. You have the analytical skills to solve problems within R and SQL; You have at least completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or another relevant field of study; You have experience in at least the following two areas: Programming Languages (R, SQL) DevOps and Continuous integration (Git)

You have an interest the following areas: Machine Learning Data Science (Analytics, Statistics, Machine Learning) Databases and/or data models Experience in (data) visualizations
