The role:
As a member of CoE HR Analytics and Insights, you will work with a dynamic, international and fast-paced team to provide insights on a variety of Talent and Business related key topics.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
· Providing external Talent analytics on market developments
· Combining external and internal Talent analytics
· Conducting in-depth data analysis and modeling on HR and Talent data
· Building insights /stories based upon analytics
· Providing ad-hoc or special project data analysis to HR and business leaders
· Provide your expertise on refining analytical approaches, processes, and operations to ensure the CoE is providing the highest level of impact
· Assist in developing analytics learning journeys and train stakeholders in analytics and dashboarding eg build HR analytics toolkits around key themes
