Looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join one of our international clients for a freelance position in The Hague, Netherlands (hybrid). Duration is for 6 months with an option of extension.

The Description of the project:
• As a Customer Experience Lead, you will set the foundation for a more coherent user experience across product and service lines by partnering up with various internal and external business units
• You will lead design ideation sessions with clear agenda and provide clear execution plans consulting and adapting established frameworks
• If required, you will need to suggest data-driven or tested improvement plans

Skills that are required (+5 years):
• Digital product design experience and its management
• Design systems management
• Experienced in using tools like Figma or similar
• Preferably, you have experience in working with global companies
