Communications Specialist

To drive and support Strategic coms within the function and our clients IT strategy. The role is delivery focused and will lead IT-driven business change.
The primary purpose of the role is to:
- Define coms plan
- Develop and deploy communication interventions and wider transformational change initiatives
- Support the Transformational Change Manager in communication and/or related change deliverables
Accountabilities
- Work as a Communication Specialist on a project to:
- Develop and execute the communication plan
- Build and manage communication deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Create, format and review internal and external communication (including for example newsletters, webcasts webinars, handouts, posters, PowerPoint presentations, videos, photos, etc)
- Help organize, plan, create content and deliver events and initiatives
- Drive and gain necessary approvals for all communication
- Able to successfully communicate strategies/messages to relevant stakeholder groups
- Ensure that the appropriate communication tools and methods are applied to IT projects
Partner with other parts of the organisation to deliver high quality communication & change management interventions
