Job description:
• Responsible for the design and implementation of the communication, training and change management framework in order to achieve data and process harmonization;
• Coordinate the communication and training process for all changes released into organization (PMO, delivery related);
• Establish parameters to measure the early adoption, effective utilization and proficiency to new change initiatives;
• Ensure materials and training documentation are in place;
• Execute the process, coordinate with central PMO, domain PMOs, delivery teams and other stakeholders involved;
• Owner of the documentation, responsible for up-to-date information (sharepoint information, email addresses, distribution lists etc);
• Responsible for the on-boarding process of the PMs, PMOs;
• Release manager for the PMO changes;
• Creative design capabilities would be a plus…
