Requirement
Need to have a freelancer who will work on identified communications projects. Each piece of work will be defined and the length of time agreed with an experience lead.

Purpose
• To support the delivery of the CP Operation (communications) strategy, projects and activities though the development of engaging stories, content and materials
• To support the building of communications skills of CP Operations communications focal point network members

Main Responsibilities
• Develop engaging content to support CP Operations’ internal communications activities, in line with Group Communications strategy
• Identify, brief and conduct interviews with the business and CP Operations staff and leverage resulting content in multiple channels as appropriate (e.g. My News)
• Development ambassador packs to capture the CP Operations story, strategy, purpose, scope, activities etc.
• Support the building of communications/writing skills among CP Operations communications focal points through the delivery of training sessions/workshops
• Support the development of content as needed

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education
• University Degree level of education, Communication courses

Experience
• Extensive experience, delivering content for a global audience
• Approx. 5-7 years in PR and/or Communications management, of which 3 years in internal communications
• Experience consultant working at the EVP and VP level
• Extensive business writing experience, in particular copywriting and story writing experience
• Online content development
• Proven experience with large global projects and extensive stakeholder groups (EVP level to working teams)
