For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for an Agile Coach.

End: 30-6-2016
36-40 hrs./week

We are looking for an Agile team coach who will coach teams and managers. The coach will support the implementation of the Agile practices.
Agile team coach works closely with other team coaches, product owners and scrum masters to develop and perform activities allowing skills development.
Carry out Agile coaching in DevOps teams, at program and at portfolio level;
Help teams implement Agile approaches/practices;
Coaches teams and managers to help them familiarize with their role;
Remain at the leading-edge of Agile development practices and contribute to their spreading.

General knowledge
Team coaches have experience in project or team management, whether traditional or Agile. They know the mechanisms of software or system development processes as well as of the main development methods.
In order to be able to meet their challenges, team coaches must be self-sufficient, versatile, passionate and dynamic.
They must show diplomatic skills. Also, they must have facilitation skills as well as the ability to resolve conflicts.

Technical knowledge
Experience with Jira or other backlog managent tools.

Competences:
Several years of experience with the introduction of Agile within an entire organization;
He or she knows the introduction of Agile happening in any force; Can act at management level;
Experience with Project & Product Management;
Passionate about using Agile / Scrum;
Know how to deal with policy within an organization, knows the difference between right and get right;
Is Business Value Oriented, value maximization can explain and propagate.
