For our client in The Hague we are looking for an Agile Coach.

Start: 1-5-2016
End: 1-12-2016 (option to extend)
40 hrs./week

As an expert in Lean, Agile & Scrum, you support teams, programs/Value Streams and the organization with agile coaching activities. You will bring the coaching expertise to ensure the healthy application of Agile practices, to deliver agile capability services such as agile skills training, workshops, embedded coaching, and team start up and restart consulting etc. You champion the mindset changes and belief re-sets required to effect the desired business agility.

Tasks:
· Strongly influences product delivery flow/ increase the flow of value of the organization through agile coaching
· Ensures safe scaling capabilities by applying his/her skills of teaching, mentoring , facilitating and coaching and his/her knowledge of agile &
scrum
· Ensures team performance by starting-up strong teams, re-setting teams when needed, etc
· Creates and executes training strategy matching the needs of the organization
· Creates a sustainable agile capability that lasts long after key players move on
· Promotes and ensures establishing and effective functioning of Agile Guilds/communities, promotea cross-functional collaboration and improvement
· Carries out diagnostic assessments at an organisation to identify areas of improvement and their level of maturity for agile implementation.
· Develop an organisation’s strategic roadmap for the implementation of agile practices across different levels of its structure.
· Introduce agile methodologies based on the assignment’s agreed scope and the organisation’s level of maturity. This could involve facilitating work at an strategic as well as at a tactical level.
· Provide support at a team and at an individual level during the transformation process.
· Help build a positive and trusting environment where stakeholders feel supported in the process of agile implementation and the creation of new working practices.
· Help deliver measurable results to support the implementation of agile practices.
· Support the Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Scrum Team as necessary.

Knowledge & experience:
· Proven knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP
· Experience with frameworks for scaling agile such as SAFe
· Change management experience
· Have knowledge and skill in using an ample array of coaching and facilitation techniques. Diplomatic and assertive. The ability to develop trusting relationships with stakeholders as you help them along the change process.
· +5 years experience coaching enterprises and/or teams in the implementation of agile methodologies
· Excellent conduct of both English and Dutch

Hourly rate: max €80,-
