• Collaboration skills to orchestrate activities with diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency and to share insights with colleagues
• Communication skills (English) including the ability to relate to various levels in the organization
• A drive and curiosity for new technologies and innovations in the fast moving supply market
• Experience and business acumen in business finance
• Experience in software engineering / development
• Experience in software architecture
• Working in global virtual teams and leading the developments using Agile development methods
• Technical knowledge: SAP ECC and it modules like FI and CO
