Business Analyst

Description of assignment:
The Business Analyst is the point of contact for the Business to understand their demand and translate this to requirements to improve our application landscape.

– Pro-actively support creation of the Global Application Support (GAS) vision, strategy and roadmap;
– Supports initiatives within GAS for improvements on process, governance or other tactical steps to mature the organization;
– Maintain relationships with key stakeholders from the business to stay informed about business developments that might impact application requirements;
– Align with the solution architect on possible options to rationalize the application landscape;
– Collect input for application changes from the business to create an RFC as part of the Change Management process;
– Provide input for test scenario’s to ensure quality of testing for changes to applications;
– Project Management for projects within the Global Application Support team…
