Job profile

The assignment is part of a project to upgrade client’s Pan European Mobile Staging Server (PEMSS), a critical component of client’s End-to-End (E2E) Mobile operations capability. The platform is used by a number of internal operational teams and is maintained by client’s IT Operations team.

In this role you will be reporting to the PEMSS Project Manager. The assignment is required to document the E2E operational process flows of the staging server to create an operations manual.

The candidate has to complete this assignment in four weeks/one month, reflecting the urgency and importance of the work. He/She is accountable for documenting all process flows in consultation with applicable client’s stakeholders (the Project Manager will coordinate the work to ensure the focus of the assignment is on business analysis).

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT preferred;

* experience with a variety of business analysis tools and techniques, including business case modelling or cost benefit analysis; experience in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment;

* The candidate must have core business analyst skills plus the relevant experience of creating service operations manuals for telecommunications or IT sectors.

* Knowledge of project delivery life cycles;

* Knowledge of tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, Microstrategy, Cognos, Business Objects.
